1.4    "Sec. 51. QUAIL RECOVERY PLAN; REPORT.
1.5The commissioner of natural resources, in consultation with interested parties, must
1.6develop a detailed plan to recover the historical native population of quail in Minnesota for
1.7its ecological, recreational, and economic benefits to the citizens of the state. No later than
1.8January 15, 2015, the commissioner must report on the plan's progress to the legislative
1.9committees with jurisdiction over environment and natural resources policy and finance."
1.10Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.11Amend the title accordingly
