1.3Page 3, delete lines 7 to 19 and insert:
1.4    "Subd. ... Information. The information collected and reported under subdivisions
1.53 and 4 shall be made available on the department's Web site.
1.6    Subd. ... Limitations on future appropriations. (a) A program that is a recipient
1.7of public funds and subject to the requirements of this section as of May 1, 2014, is not
1.8eligible for additional state appropriations for any fiscal year beginning after June 30,
1.92015, unless all of the reporting requirements under subdivision 4 have been satisfied.
1.10(b) A program with an initial request for funds on or after the effective date of this
1.11section may be considered for receipt of public funds for the first two fiscal years only
1.12if a plan that demonstrates how the data collection and reporting requirements under
1.13subdivision 4 will be met has been submitted and approved by the commissioner. Any
1.14subsequent request for funds after an initial request is subject to the requirements of
1.15paragraph (a)."
