1.3Page 4, after line 22, insert:
1.4"$3,000 in 2015 is from the game and fish
1.5fund for a report on aquatic plant management
1.6permitting policies for the management
1.7of narrow-leaved and hybrid cattail in a
1.8range of basin types across the state. The
1.9report shall be submitted to the chairs and
1.10ranking minority members of the house of
1.11representatives and senate committees with
1.12jurisdiction over environment and natural
1.13resources by December 15, 2014, and include
1.14recommendations for any necessary changes
1.15in statutes, rules, or permitting procedures.
1.16This is a onetime appropriation.
1.17Adjust amounts accordingly"
