1.3Page 10, after line 9, insert:

1.4    "Sec. 12. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 85.34, subdivision 7, is amended to read:
1.5    Subd. 7. Disposition of proceeds. (a) All revenue derived from the lease of the Fort
1.6Snelling upper bluff, with the exception of payment for costs of the water line as described
1.7in subdivision 6, shall be deposited in the natural resources fund and credited to a state
1.8park account. Interest earned on the money in the account accrues to the account.
1.9(b) Revenue and expenses from the upper bluff shall be tracked separately within
1.10the account. Money in the account derived from the leasing or operation of the property
1.11described in subdivision 1 may be is appropriated annually to the commissioner for
1.12the payment of expenses attributable to the leasing, development, and operation of the
1.13property described in subdivision 1, including, but not limited to, the maintenance, repair,
1.14and rehabilitation of historic buildings and landscapes."
1.15Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.16Amend the title accordingly
