1.4Page 41, after line 2, insert:

1.5    "Sec. 10. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 297A.68, is amended by adding a
1.6subdivision to read:
1.7    Subd. 3a. Coin-operated entertainment and amusement devices. Coin-operated
1.8entertainment and amusement devices, including, but not limited to, fortune-telling
1.9machines, cranes, foosball and pool tables, video and pinball games, batting cages, rides,
1.10photo or video booths, and jukeboxes, are exempt when purchased by retailers selling
1.11admission to places of amusement and making available amusement devices as provided
1.12in section 297A.61, subdivision 3, paragraph (g), clause (1).
1.13EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective for sales and purchases made after
1.14June 30, 2014."
1.15Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.16Amend the title accordingly
