1.4Page 70, after line 24, insert:

1.5    "Sec. 11. REPEALER.
1.6Laws 2014, chapter 150, article 1, section 17, is repealed.
1.7EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective retroactively for taxable years
1.8beginning after December 31, 2012."
1.9Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.10Amend the title accordingly
