1.5(a) Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 92.45 and 282.018, subdivision 1,
1.6and the public sale provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 282, Martin County may
1.7sell by private sale to the adjoining owner the tax-forfeited land bordering public water
1.8that is described in paragraph (c) under the remaining provisions of Minnesota Statutes,
1.9chapter 282.
1.10(b) The conveyance must be in a form approved by the attorney general. The attorney
1.11general may make changes to the land description to correct errors and ensure accuracy.
1.12(c) The land to be sold is located in Martin County and is described as: PID No.
1.1323.039.1560.
1.14(d) The county has determined that the county's land management interests would be
1.15best served if the land was returned to private ownership."
