1.7located in the city of Golden Valley at 3915 Golden Valley Road with 44 licensed
1.8rehabilitation beds as of January 7, 2015, must be calculated without the application
1.9of subdivisions 50, 51, and 55."
1.10Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.11Amend the title accordingly
