MINUTES
Representative Phil Krinkie, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the seventh meeting to order at 10:22 a.m. on Wednesday, February 02, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Chairman Krinkie asked the Minnesota Taxpayer’s Association to make a presentation to the committee on fair and equitable tax policy. The presentation included an analysis comparing Minnesota to other states in various areas of taxation.
