Representative Joe Atkins, Chair of the Commerce and Labor Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:05 P.M. on March 1, 2007, in the Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Anzelc moved that the minutes of February 27, 2007, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 305 (Huntley) A bill for an act relating to health; establishing the Freedom to Breathe Act of 2007; establishing public policy to protect employees and the general public from the known hazards of secondhand smoke; requiring persons to refrain from smoking in certain areas.
Representative Huntley and Severson moved HF 305.
