MINUTES
Representative David Dill, Chair, called the meeting to order at 4:02 P.M. on Monday, January 22nd, 2007, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
David Epperly & Bob Tomlinson, DNR, gave an overview of the DNR Forestry Division.
Dave Zumeta, Forest Resources Council, gave an overview of the Forest Resouces Council's annual report to the Governor & Legislature.
Scott Dane, Associated Contract Loggers and Truckers, gave a presentation to the committee.
Representative Moe assumed the gavel at 4:52 P.M.
Wayne Brandt, Minnesota Forest Industries & Minnesota Timber Producers Association, gave a presentation to the committee.
Chairman Dill assumed the gavel at 5:06 P.M.
Representative Moe assumed the gavel at 5:23 P.M.
Chairman Dill moved that HF 299 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Environment & Natural Resources Finance Division.
