Representative Johnson moved approval of the minutes of February 14. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF0446 (Kahn) Outdoor light pollution restricted.
The Chair moved to reconsider the motion by which HF446 was recommended to pass and be referred to the Committee on Local Government and Metropolitan Affairs
The motion prevailed.
The Chair moved HF0446 to be recommended to pass as amended and re-referred to the Committee on Finance with a recommendation to be re-referred to the Committee on Local Government and Metropolitan Affairs.
The motion prevailed.
HF0472 (Morrow) Renewable energy production incentives eligibility period extended.
The Chair moved to reconsider the motion by which HF472 was recommended to pass and placed on the General Register.
The motion prevailed.
The Chair moved HF0472 to be recommended to pass as amended and re-referred to the Committee on Finance with a recommendation to be placed on the Consent Calendar.

HF0295 (Welti) Incentives for employee energy savings suggestions.
2:25 PM -- Rep. Welti moved that HF0295 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

3:31 PM -- Rep. Hackbarth moved HF0086 to be recommend to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Local Government and Metropolitan Affairs.

3:52 PM -- Rep. Hackbarth renewed his motion to recommend that HF0086 to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Local Government and Metropolitan Affairs.
