Testimony consisted of an overview of the financing system for nursing facilities in Minnesota, presented by Bob Held of the MN Department of Human Services. Topics included but were not limited to reimbursement, rates, case mix, disparities and rebasing, report cards and performance incentive payments.
The meeting adjourned at 2:46 p.m.
