Representative Paul Thissen, Chair of the Health Care and Human Services Policy and Oversight Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:25 P.M. on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Laine moved that the minutes of March 4, 2010 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF2897/SF2596* (Norton) Psychologist licensure requirements modified.
Representative Thao moved that HF2897, the division report, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Thissen lay aside HF2897.
Representative Norton moved that SF2596 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the General Register.
Representative Norton moved the
S2596A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Norton renewed her motion that SF2596, as amended, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF677 (Bunn) Body art procedures and establishments regulated.
Representative Thao moved that HF677, the division report, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Bunn moved that HF677 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Civil Justice.
