Representative Michael Nelson, Chair of the Division, called the third meeting to order at 4:32 P.M. on February 9, 2009, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Nelson called the meeting to order at 4:32 P.M. A quorum was not present.
HF269 (Welti): Out-of-State travel policy requirements
At 4:36 P.M. a quorum was present.
Representative Scalze moved approval of HF269 before the committee to pass and be re-referred to the State & Local Government Operations Reform, Technology & Elections Committee

Representative Scalze renewed her motion to pass HF269 and re-refer to the State & Local Government Operations Reform, Technology & Elections Committee
The motion prevailed.
Chair Nelson invited the Metropolitan Airports Commission to give an informational overview and presentation to the committee.

Representative Sterner moved approval of the minutes from the February 2, 2009 meeting.
