MINUTES
Representative Lanning, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 a.m. on January 19, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Lillie moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on January 18, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Barb Holmes, Assistant Commissioner & State Labor Negotiator for Minnesota Management and Budget presented a historical overview of labor relations and the negotiation process in Minnesota.
Greg Hubinger, Director of Legislative Coordinating Commission (LCC) presented an overview of the LCC and the Subcommittee on Employee Relations.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:41 a.m.
