MINUTES

Representative Scott Chair of the Data Practices Subcommittee, called the meeting to order at 12:37 PM on Monday, February 20, 2012 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Holberg moved to approve the minutes from Tuesday, April 26, 2011. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 2160 (Cornish) Fingerprints permitted to be taken by law enforcement for any offender interacting with the criminal justice system for any offense to eliminate a suspense record.

Representative Scott that HF2160 be recommended to pass and referred to the Civil Law Committee.

Representative Scott moved that HF2160 be recommended to pass and referred to the Civil Law Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 2201 (Scott) Data practice provisions changed.

Reprsentative Scott moved to adopt the H2201DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Holberg moved to lay HF2201, as amended, on the table.
