Representative Nornes, Chair of the Higher Education Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:03PM. on January 21st, 2015, at Saint Paul College.

Representative McDonald moved that the minutes of January 20, 2015, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
An overview of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities was presented to members of the committee.
