MINUTES

Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:16 A.M. on February 17, 2015 in Hearing Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Cornish called the meeting to order at 10:16 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative O’Neill moved that the minutes of the February 11, 2015 meeting be approved.

HF 0329 (Dettmer): State employees assaulted by inmates or patients provided continued insurance contributions.

Representative Cornish moved HF 0329 be passed and referred to Health and Human Services Finance Committee.

Representative Cornish moved amendment A15.

Representative Cornish renewed motion to move HF 0329, as amended, to pass and be referred
