Representative Anderson officially called the meeting to order at 1:09 PM. A quorum was present.
Representative Vogel moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on March 8, 2017 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:45 PM.
