Representative Davids, Chair of the Taxes Committee, began the meeting at 10:15 AM, on March 2, 2017, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

Representative Davids officially called the meeting to order at 10:28 AM. A quorum was present.
Representative Schultz moved the minutes from March 1, 2017 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF924 (Anderson) Local government capital project exemption expanded.
Representative Anderson moved HF924 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
Representative Anderson moved the H924A2 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Anderson moved to incorporate the following oral amendment to the H924A2 amendment: On P.1, L.1.2 change “subdivision” to “paragraph”. And on P.1, L.1.6 “2015” to “2013”. THE AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED.
