Representative Hansen, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. on March 3rd, 2020, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Hansen called the meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Lee moved to approve the minutes of February 27th, 2020. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF3590 (Edelson) Carbon sequestration report funding provided, and money appropriated.
Chair Hansen moved that HF3590 be recommended to be re-referred to the Energy and Climate Finance and Policy Division.

Chair Hansen moved that HF3271 be laid over for possible inclusion in a future bill.

Chair Hansen moved that HF3425 be laid over for possible inclusion in a future bill.
Chair Hansen moved to adopt the following oral amendment:
Line 1.7: delete “…….” and insert “100,000”; delete “general” and insert “environmental”
THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
