MINUTES

Representative Alice Hausman, Chair of the Housing Finance and Policy Division, called the sixth meeting to order at 8:00 A.M. on Wednesday, February 27th, in room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF 884 (Schultz) – Workforce and Affordable Homeownership Development Program

Chair Hausman moves to re-refer HF 884 to the Committee on Ways and Means with a recommendation that it be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.

HF 896 (Sauke) – Manufactured Home Parks

Representative Sauke moves to lay over HF 896 for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Sauke moves to adopt the DE1 Author’s Amendment to HF 896. THE MOTION PREVAILS AND THE AMENDMENT IS ADOPTED.

Representative Gunther moves to lay over HF 859 for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.
