MINUTES

Representative Michael Howard, Vice Chair of the Housing Finance and Policy Division, called the ninth meeting to order at 8:05 A.M. on Wednesday, March 20th, in room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF 1007 (Fischer) – Lead safe homes grant program

Representative Fischer moves that HF 1007 be laid over for possible omnibus inclusion.

Representative Fischer moves the HF1007DE1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILS AND THE AMENDMENT IS ADOPTED.

Representative Hausman moves to lay over HF 2542.

Representative Hausman moves the HF2542DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILS AND THE AMENDMENT IS ADOPTED.
