Representative Hornstein, Chair of the Transportation Finance & Policy Division, called the Seventh meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. on February 5th 2019 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Hornstein called the meeting to order at 12:45pm. A quorum was present.
HF53 (Dettmer, B.) Anoka, Chisago, Washington Counties; relating to transportation; designating a segment of marked Trunk Highway 95 as Corrections Officer Joseph Gomm Memorial Highway; amending Minnesota Statutes 208, section 161.14, by adding a subdivision.
Representative Dettmer introduced the bill.

Rep. Hornstein moved HF53 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF211 (Schultz, J.) St. Louis County; relating to transportation; authorizing licensed physical therapists to provide a medical statement for parking privileges for physically disabled persons; amending Minnesota Statutes 2018; section 169.345, subdivision 2.

HF462 (Bernardy, C.) Ramsey County; relating to transportation; modifying certain bicycle traffic regulations, powers, and duties; amending Minnesota Statutes 2018, sections 160.02, subdivision 1a; 169.011, subdivisions 5, 9; 169.18, subdivision 3; 169.222, subdivisions 1,4.
Representative Bernardy introduced the bill.
Representative Hornstein moved the H0462A1 oral amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Dorian Grilley, Executive Director of the Bicycle Alliance of Minnesota, testified on the bill and the amendment.
Kirby Beck, Retired Police Officer and Bicycle Consultant, testified on the bill.
Representative Hornstein moved the A19-0011 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

HF131 (Hansen, R.) Ramsey County; relating to motor vehicles; providing for motor vehicle registration overpayment reimbursement; appropriating money.
