MINUTES

Representative Frank Hornstein, Chair of the Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 12:45pm on April 30, 2020, pursuant to House rules 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via House Public Information Services. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Petersburg moved that the minutes of April 8, 2020 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 976 (Hornstein) Comprehensive Transportation Policy Bill

Representative Hornstein moved that HF 976 be referred to the Ways and Means Committee.

Representative Hornstein moved that the A20-0752 amendment be adopted. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Hornstein moved that the H976A2 amendment be adopted.

Ted Schonecker, Ramsey County Engineer, provided testimony on the H976A2 amendment.

Representative Hornstein renewed the motion that the H976A2 amendment be adopted. The results were as follows:
