Representative Jennifer Schultz, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 am on March 18th, 2021 remotely via Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Vice Chair Bahner moved that the minutes from March 17th, 2021 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF111 (Olson, L) Tribal and county reimbursement costs for federal funds incorrectly claimed funding provided, and money appropriated.
Chair Schultz moved the A3 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Schultz moved that HF111 be laid over for possible inclusion in a budget omnibus.
HF388 (Noor) Cultural and ethnic communities leadership council governing provisions modified.
Rep. Noor moved that the DE amendment to be adopted. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Schultz moved that HF388, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in a budget omnibus.
HF2265 (Schultz) Department of Human Services forecasted programs for 2021 fiscal year appropriations adjusted.
Chair Schultz move to rerefer HF2265 to the Ways and Means committee.
Chair Schultz renewed her motion to rerefer HF2265 to the Ways and Means committee.

Chair Fischer moved to adopt the Division Report from the Behavioral Health Division. THE REPORT WAS ADOPTED.
