Minutes

Representative Rob Ecklund, Chair of the Committee on Labor, Industry, Veterans and Military Affairs Finance & Policy, called the virtual meeting to order at 3:31 PM on March 10, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Greenman moved that the minutes from March 9, 2021 be adopted. Motion prevailed.

HF 41 (Frazier) COVID-19; emergency paid sick leave provided to health care employees excluded from Families First Coronavirus Response Act.

The Chair moved that HF 41 be referred the Committee on State Government Finance and Elections.

The Chair moved the DE1 amendment. Motion prevailed.

Rep. Frazier presented the bill as amended.

The Chair renewed his motion that HF 41 be referred, as amended, to the Committee on State Government Finance and Elections. A roll call was taken. The results were as follows:

Representative Lislegard moved that HF 984 be referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law.

The Chair moved the DE1 amendment. Motion prevailed.

Representative Lislegard presented the bill as amended.
