MINUTES

Representative Bierman, Vice Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 A.M. on March 26, 2024 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Smith moved that the minutes of March 19, 2024 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3339 (Koegel) FIRST ENGROSSMENT Orthotic and prosthetic device coverage required, and rulemaking authorized.

Vice Chair Bierman moved that HF3339, First Engrossment, be laid over for possible inclusion in a committee omnibus bill.

Vice Chair Bierman moved the H3339A3 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Koegel presented her bill as amended.

HF3889 (Hicks) FIRST ENGROSSMENT Amino acid-based elemental formula health insurance coverage required.

Vice Chair Bierman moved that HF3889, First Engrossment, be laid over for possible inclusion in a committee omnibus bill.

Representative Hicks presented her bill.

Vice Chair Bierman moved that HF4557, First Engrossment, be laid over for possible inclusion in a committee omnibus bill.

Representative Klevorn presented her bill.

Representative Hemmingsen-Jaeger moved that HF3330, First Engrossment, be laid over for possible inclusion in a committee omnibus bill.

Representative Hemmingsen-Jaeger presented her bill.
