Representative Nadeau to Host Town Hall on Teacher Pensions – March 25th, 2025
St. Paul – [03/19/25] – Representative Danny Nadeau (R-Rogers) will be hosting a town hall to engage with local constituents on the important topic of teacher pensions. The event will take place on Tuesday, March 25th, 2025, at 7:00 PM at Jackson Middle School, located at 6000 109th Ave N, Champlin.
During the town hall, Representative Danny Nadeau will present on the current proposals to the state’s teacher pension system, provide a clear overview of the current situation, and discuss potential solutions for input and discussion. This is an opportunity for teachers, education professionals, and staff members to ask questions, share their perspectives, and work together to improve retirement options for educators.
"Ensuring that our educators have a secure and fair retirement is essential to retaining talented educators and providing the best education for our students," said Rep. Nadeau. "We can only move forward if we do it together, taking a long view of pensions, making incremental improvements, and investing in solutions for teachers and students. I look forward to continuing my ongoing conversations and finding reasonable solutions.”
This event is free and open to the public, and all community members are encouraged to attend. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions directly to Rep. Nadeau and engage in a thoughtful discussion on teacher pension proposals.
