St. Paul – State lawmakers returned to St. Paul for “Opening Day” ceremonies at the State Capitol on January 3. State Representative Greg Davids (R-Preston) was among the 134 representatives who were sworn in as members of the Minnesota House for the 2023 and 2024 sessions.
Davids will represent Minnesota House District 26B, which is comprised of cities in Fillmore, Houston, and Mower counties.
“It is such an honor to serve the residents in southeastern Minnesota, and I am looking forward to bringing their priorities forward in the Minnesota House,” Davids said.
Davids was recently named as the Republican Lead on the Minnesota House Taxes Committee. He will also serve on the Higher Education Finance and Policy and Ethics committees.
