ST. PAUL, MN – Representative Frank Hornstein (DFL-Minneapolis) will present bipartisan legislation to the House Transportation Policy and Finance Committee tomorrow that eases requirements to obtain a Real-ID. HF 3964 expands the list of documents that can be used to demonstrate residency. It also removes background check requirements for licensing staff who do not handle Real-ID applicant data.
