Dear neighbors,
South St. Paul Day at the Capitol
Thank you to everyone who participated in the South St. Paul Day at the Capitol last weekend! I appreciated the chance to meet with some of my constituents and share some information about the work that we do here. Carlo La Manna made a video of the event that can be viewed here.
Bill Introductions
I introduced two bills that would benefit local cities earlier today. House File 456 would provide grant funding to the city of Lilydale. House File 461 also includes grant funding. In addition to a short-term grant, the city of West St. Paul would receive a long-term increase in aid beginning in 2020. It’s important that we continue to invest in our communities!
