SAINT PAUL, Minn. – Today, Governor Tim Walz announced the appointment of Katrina Kessler as Commissioner of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA). Rep. Rick Hansen (DFL – South St. Paul), chair of the House Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy Committee, released the following statement:
