Dear Friends,
Merry Christmas! Tomorrow is already Christmas Eve and I wish you safe travels as you visit your loved ones. I’m looking forward to a couple stress-free days of delicious food, gift giving, and simple relaxation with my family.
Many of us are very blessed and would be wise to remember those who may not be experiencing a joyful holiday season. As neighbors, it’s important to say a prayer and consider lending a helping hand to those who are ill, without a job, or who have lost a loved one this year.
During this time of year, especially if you are experiencing hardship, it’s important to remember the reason we celebrate; the birth of Jesus Christ. I hope you’ll take a second and experience the joy and hope conveyed in this beautiful version of my favorite Christmas song, Mary Did You Know, written by Mark Lowry and sung here by the Pentatonix.
Again, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and your family!
Peggy
