ST. PAUL, MN – In response to a significant number of constituent complaints about ongoing issues with the newly-launched Minnesota Licensing and Registration System (MNLARS), the House Select Committee on Technology and Responsive Government launched a web form to collect information from Minnesotans that is then forwarded to Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) as they continue to address and resolve the issues with the MNLARS system.
“MNLARS was clearly not ready for prime time, however, I can assure you that the Legislature will continue to work with DVS to get our local license centers back to operating functionally, and more effectively,” said Rep. Mary Franson (R-Alexandria). “Please be sure to share any MNLARS issue on the web form that you have experienced, it will help DVS in knowing what issues are still occurring with the system.”
