Dear Friends,
Today marks the 77th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor. This fateful day – “a date which will live in infamy” – changed the course of history and resulted in America’s entrance into World War II. The attack claimed the lives of 2,403 Americans, and today we pause and take a moment to honor their memory and remember their sacrifices.
I encourage you to take some time to reflect on this solemn anniversary, and say a prayer for all of our military men and women – past and present – whose sacrifices have protected our nation and safeguarded our freedoms.
Sincerely,
Mary
