Dear Neighbors,
End-of-session negotiations have begun, and so far the Democrats have refused to compromise on even one penny of their $12 billion in proposed tax hikes. I have appreciated that the Senate Republican Majority has so far been adamant that they will not go along with the massive tax hikes proposed by the DFL. I will continue to fight for the right of Minnesotans to spend their own money as they see fit, without the government getting involved.
I want to wish you all a happy Mother’s Day this Sunday! I hope you are able to spend it with loved ones. I look forward to spending time with my children.
