Dear Friends,
I want to wish you and your family a very Happy Easter. Amidst these crazy and uncertain times, I find comfort in knowing that Jesus died on the cross in order to save us. No matter what may happen, we are saved because of His sacrifice.
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” – John 3:16
“Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?” – John 20:25-26.
I hope you are able to spend time with loved ones this weekend to celebrate Easter and reflect on the meaning of this special holiday. Please join me in praying for our community, our state, and our country. As unprecedented events have unfolded over the course of this week, it is clear that our nation needs prayer and healing. Pray for President Trump, and also pray for those that are fighting to protect the sanctity of America’s values and institutions.
