ST. PAUL, MN – On Monday, January 23^rd, Rep. Backer visited with Jim Walz, Al Olsen, and Rich Moen with Caring Hands Dental. They provide dental care and education to those under-served citizens on Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare programs in several communities in District 12A.
