I also touch on my MN FaMLI Plan that provides paid family and medical leave benefits for Minnesotans without any of the taxes, mandates, and bureaucracy that are included in the House Democrat proposal.

The FaMLI Plan should be available to all Minnesotans as it provides a compassionate, realistic approach to making sure every family in our state has access to paid family and medical leave. I was disappointed that Democrats failed to join us in supporting a plan that was workable, reasonable, and will not cause unintentional damage to small businesses already struggling to make it.
