Dear Neighbors:
Many thanks to the more than 60 people who attended last week's Community Conversation on immigration. The presentation by The Advocates for Human Rights was eye-opening, and the questions and discussion were terrific.
The policy engagement and action continues next week with the fifth quarterly Prenatal to Three Policy Forum. I founded these with a group called Elders for Infants in order to bring advocates, policymakers, and community members together to build a shared agenda in support of early childhood. Please join us! The event is free and open to the public - over 150 are expected - and will be webcast statewide.
