St. Paul, Minnesota — Tomorrow at 10:00 a.m., a group of bipartisan lawmakers will announce the Hometown Heroes Act, legislation that will address the alarmingly high incidence of cancer, cardiac issues and emotional trauma facing the state’s 22,000 firefighters.
