ST. PAUL, MN – Rep. Barb Haley (R-Red Wing) and Sen. Mike Goggin (R-Red Wing) attended a military ceremony on Tuesday, May 2, at the Cannon Fall Veterans Memorial honoring Cannon Falls native and Army Captain, Jesse Johnson. Johnson was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel.
