SAINT PAUL, Minn. – Today, on the last day of the 2023 Legislative Session, the Minnesota House passed a bipartisan package of legislation (HF669 and HF670) investing in jobs and infrastructure projects throughout the state. State Representative Laurie Pryor (DFL - Minnetonka), secured funding for a local project.
“I’m pleased the Opus Public Space project is included in the infrastructure bill,” said Rep. Pryor. “This project will help our community live, work and recreate in a space designed with intention and innovation.”
The bill contains a grant to the City of Minnetonka for the project.
Having passed both the House and Senate, the bills now head to Governor Walz for his anticipated signature. Video of today’s floor debate can be found on the House Public Information YouTube channel.
