St. Paul, MN – Today, Governor Tim Walz and Lt. Governor Peggy Flanagan unveiled the final bonding packages in the Local Jobs and Projects Plan, including $12.15 million for the expansion and renovation of the St. Cloud Municipal Athletic Complex (MAC). Rep. Dan Wolgamott (DFL – St. Cloud) released the following statement:
“I’m extremely grateful that Governor Walz and Lieutenant Governor Flanagan recognize the importance of the MAC to St. Cloud and the region. This much-needed investment would revitalize an important resource that brings in people and revenue from across the state. An investment in the MAC is an investment in our entire community, and I look forward to advocating for this investment as a member of the House Capital Investment Committee alongside the Governor’s office this legislative session.
