St. Paul, MN - Saturday, State Representative Dan Wolgamott (DFL - St. Cloud) was elected by his legislative colleagues to serve as an Assistant Majority Leader in the Minnesota House of Representatives for the 2021-2022 Legislature.
“I’m incredibly excited and honored to be elected to the position of Assistant Majority Leader,” said Rep. Wolgamott. “I’m proud of the work I’ve done and the connections I’ve made during my first term, and to have that culminate in my peers entrusting me with this leadership position means a great deal to me personally. I will use this leadership role to shine a bright light on the needs of St. Cloud and Central Minnesota, and work tenaciously to bring people together to get things done for the people I represent.”
Rep. Wolgamott, who represents House District 14B, was recently elected to his second term in the Minnesota House. The 2021-2022 Legislative Biennium begins on January 5.
