RELEASE: Chair Robbins, House Fraud & Oversight Committee, Launch MNFraud.com for Whistleblowers to Report Fraud in State Agencies and Programs

Monday, March 24, 2025

Saint Paul, MN — Rep. Kristin Robbins (R-Maple Grove), Chair of the House Fraud Prevention and State Agency Oversight Committee, today announced the launch of MNFraud.com, a secure website created for whistleblowers to confidentially report suspected fraud within Minnesota state government.

“Minnesotans expect their government to be well-run and want to ensure their tax dollars are used to provide services to people in need,” said Rep. Robbins. “MNFraud.com gives state employees, service providers, recipients and the public a convenient, secure way to report suspected fraud.”

The site is designed specifically to collect tips from individuals who have firsthand knowledge of waste, fraud, or abuse in state agencies or publicly funded programs. Information submitted through the site will be reviewed by the staff of the House Fraud Prevention and State Agency Oversight Committee. The information, including the identities of whistleblowers, is secure and protected, similar to a secure-payment processing website.

“This tool will enable Minnesotans to help us hold government accountable and protect the integrity of programs meant to serve Minnesotans in need," Robbins added.
