Taking Care of Our Mental Health During COVID-19
Wednesday night, I was a guest on TPT's Almanac at the Capitol. You'll notice I'm six feet away from the host as we spoke.
We focused on the mental health aspects of COVID-19 and how we can take care of ourselves during this challenging time. You can check out the segment here.
Be sure to take care of yourself during this unprecedented time.
- Call friends and family daily - having personal connections with others will help reduce anxiety.
- Eat healthy foods and do your best to maintain a routine. This is especially true if you have children - they operate best with expectations and some structure.
- Drink lots of water and go for walks outside.
We will get through this together.
