An Update from the Office of Representative Brad Tabke:
Representative Tabke and the Minnesota Historical Society are holding this year’s final Shakopee Day at the Capitol this Friday, November 8, from 1:30-3pm. Though tours are available to everyone year-round, this tour is a special behind-the-scenes look at the Minnesota Capitol for Shakopee residents, and may include a special guest or two. The tour will start in Rep. Tabke’s office in Room 377 of the State Office Building, and will continue through the tunnels to the Capitol Building.
After several years of major restorations that effectively closed a majority of the building, the Capitol now boasts beautiful new updates and an increased amount of public space. Those interested in joining this free event on Friday can RSVP here.
